By logging into Squore, you agree to use a collaborative tool where you and your colleagues perform auditable actions and share information with each other.
The minimum information required to create a Squore account is a login and a password. However, your administrator may have linked Squore to a directory server that retrieves additional information for your account, like your e-mail address, department and full name. In this case, this information will also be available in Squore.
As a Squore user, it is your responsibility to ensure that the data you generate respects the general privacy guidelines of your company, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.Squore itself intends to support privacy by design, by providing administrators with tools to pseudonymize data from accounts that have been deleted from the application.

The data you browse and generate in Squore is never shared automatically with Vector Informatik GmbH. Your personal information is managed by your Squore administrator. They should be contacted if you want to modify or delete your personal data. For support purposes, debug data may be requested by Vector Informatik GmbH. In this case, data is only used for debug and support purposes and will be discarded as soon as the support case is closed. Vector Informatik GmbH can assist you in locating the data that may contain personal information in order to anonymise the data before you send it. Contact support@vector.com for more information.
To exercise your rights regarding the protection of your personal information, you can contact us by sending an email to VGDataprotection@vector.com or by writing to Vector Informatik GmbH, Ingersheimer Str. 24, 70499 Stuttgart (Germany), mentioning in the subject of your mail “ Squore - Personal Data Protection ” and joining a copy of a currently valid identity document.
