Configuring Authorized Server Paths

As a precautionary measure, access to server files and directories is restricted by default.

Except for the demo user which has the Access Server Resources permission activated in its global role DEMO_USER by default. It is highly recommended to deactivate the demo user account in a production environment.

It is however possible to configure a list of specific server paths that can be accessed by all users, regardless of the Access Server Resources permission status.

To do so, go in Administration > System, in the Security section, locate the field called Authorized server paths, then :

  • Enter the list of path you want to authorize the access to.

  • The different paths must be separated by a semicolon ";".
